Perfact Color Digital Prints Private Ltd. was incepted in May 2003 from it’s previous shape & style of PERFACT COPY SERVICES. We are a complete Document Solutions Company with a past experience of 15 years. We have a strong 100+ members team to operate the various functions to meet variety of customer requirements.

Managing Director
Ashwani Arya, the Managing Director of the company is an Electrical Engineer by qualification and has been in this field for last 16 years. Ashwani was a technical support engineer in Xerox ( then MODI XEROX) before he ventured into this business 14 years back. Being in service industry for last so many years, Ashwani thoroughly understands the ever changing requirements of customers and has developed a professional team with various function heads targeting SERVICE, DELIVERY & QUALITY as core USP.
The operations is headed by POONAM SAHAI, as GM OPS. She has vast experience of 10 years of Service Industry. She is with PERFACT COLOR since April 2003 . Before joining PERFACT, she was heading the PROGRAMME DIV of TERI . She was also associated with CII for nearly 5 years with various departments .

We have crossed annual turnover of Rs. 130 million on completion of 15 years of operation, though we had started with a meager amount of Rs. 40,000/- in 1993 with one photocopier as the only equipment. We are situated in Gurgaon with our own building comprising of 20,000 sq. ft. of area respectively. We have latest Black & White and Color Digital Equipment and all operations under one roof in Gurgaon.
